91 Hatch back up light issues.

Hello, I have a 91 Hatchback and the back up lights don't work. Bulbs are good. The wiring to the switch is powered on both sides with the key on but the lights still don't come on. Is there a relay? If so where is it. Any help would be great. Thanks.

You getting power to the tail light when the switch is activated?

I get power to yellow wire. When switch is activated or not I get power on both sides. But the lights don't light up.
