91 Hatch, Using an auto cluster with Tach into Manual?

My car currently doesn't have a tach, but a local junkyard has a gauge cluster with a tach. Its from an automatci 90-91 style. It should still fit right? I was just double checking before I let them try and rip me off..also, whats a good price to offer for it. i was hoping 20 or under.

it was from a 4 door, and no it doesn't work. I found an Si cluster at another junkyard.
