91 Honda civic 1.5L

I Have a 91 Honda sedan 1.5 For some reason I'm not getting NO fuel passure. I change my fuel filter And it still dry.How can I take out my GAS TANK? dose anybody have any help on taking off GAS TANKI Hope This was the right place.

No and when i shot starting fluid in it.It runs good but i stop and it die's

Is code 16 or any other codes thrown?

Resolder the main relay and then go from there.
