91 Honda civic running rough

How it going everybody. So I got a question about my honda maybe I could get some help answering it. I had my 91 Honda civic commuter car break down on me a month a go, no compression in the first cylnder motor dead right. So i bought a motor out of a reck for $200 and did a strat over swap into the car. Every thing went smooth no problems installing really. The motor is a 4cy fuel injected db152 with an automatic trans. The new motor is the same db152 but it had a manual trans before. It runs but at really high idle and the tach is not registering. Shits really high to when i took it out for a drive this morning. Any help would be apprieciated. I can post pics or give info if needed. thanks,

the idling high is probably a vacum leak have had similars isssues with my 89 hatch that was my problem.
The tach not reading anything asssuming the car is running fine other than idling high sounds like a wiring or possiblya gauge issue.
