So I have a 91 civic 1.5 with a 4 speed. The motor blew so I picked up a 1.6 out of a 96 civic automatic. Moved over all the necessary stuff like intake manifold and whatnot. Put the flywheel and transmission from the 1.5 to 1.6. No problems so far. Once everything is all bolted up and dropped in I don't have any clutch. Does anyone know if there is any spacing issues with the flywheel being closer to the motor, therefore the pressure plate is closer? The throwout bearing isn't reaching the pressure plate. It's a cable clutch. The throwout bearing travels roughly inch and a half.
