I posted something about this on turbod16 but I am just curious. I have been told that this kit will fit my car (00 civic ex) but I am just wondering if it does not come with some certains things or is missing anything that the greddy turbo kit for the 96-00. This kit is around $400 cheaper and I just want to make sure it is basically the same for install.

The 15G kit (92-95) comes with all the same things as the 19T kit (96-00). The only difference is the turbo itself. the 15G kit can produce up to 250 hp safely with that turbine while the 19T can produce up to 300. I've heard that the charge piping runs a lil shorter than what it needs to be, but most people still bolt the kit up without any problems. It'll be fine to use the 15G kit on your 6th gen

i dunno where i read this but i heard that the 19t produces more horse power but the 15g will produce more torque... is this true or no? and when you said the 15g can go up to 250 hp are you talking about whp?

not whp (sorry to say).....but of course its gonna take some carefull building to get that kind of power from such a small turbo. the 19T produces more on the top end because of the blade design (thats the only real difference between the two turbos) But overall the 19T will outperform the 15G. When you want to get into the 225 whp and up range, you should start looking into upgrading to a T3/T4 hyrbid turbo. The GReddy is a good kit to get you out the gate and into the turbo world. The only bad thing about GReddy is the EMS. It works perfect as long as you stay within the stock boost range 5-8 psi.......once you go higher than that, think about upgrading to Uberdata, a Hack, or AEM ( if you got wads of cash that is
