looking at a 92 accord - one family car (classic "old lady" deal) - 88k miles for our teen daughter. car has some rust on rear panels, needs new tires, otherwise looks fine. he wants $3000, but i'd offer $2500. just not sure if buying a 20 yr old car - even with such low miles is a good or bad idea? what do you think and why? thank you.
