'92 Civic cx Horn relay?

Hey all,
I'm recently discovered I have no horn in my '92 Hatch and while looking what may be the problem it looks like I don't have a horn at all? I checked my engine bag for the horn it's self but couldn't find it. After that I went to the fuse panel under my steering wheel and it doesn't look like I have a relay for my horn. Can someone maybe check to make sure I'm right? I looked at the diagram and it doesn't look like the relay I'm supposed to have it there:/

I thought it was supposed to be upper left but there's nothing there!

The horn relay is missing in your fuse box. If your Civic doesn't have airbags (SRS), then you won't have a horn relay.

Remove the front bumper to see the horns.

If I get a relay and wires could I hook it up myself?

They aren't, I've already taken it off, no horn at all:/ I'd have to install them
