92 civic dx hatch back

I have a 92 civic hatch bach dx and for some reason the brake light on my dash stays on most of the time.The e brake is not pulled and the brakes are good,has anyone ever had this problem ?

Check the fluid level in the reservoir.

Thanks for the tip,when I checked the brake fluid the float on the bottom of the cap was stuck down for some reason.That was the problem,easy fix.
