92 civic swaying left to right

hey guys my civic hatchback is swaying from left to right and it feels like im gonna lose control i feel like i cant even do 55mph, the car is lowered on h&r springs 2.5 in front and 2.25 in the back, my shocks are shot and i was told my camber was like rusted pretty bad and they could barley align it when i took it on friday. any help on where i should start?

From the sound of it, you should just get new shocks and a new camber kit. Theres no sense in only doing one of the 2 since its easier to do both at once.
