92 hatch gauges ?

i was wondering i saw online sum hatch like my 92 hatch but it had gauges out of the new civics like 2000 and up like the really blue gauges,, i was wondering if anybody knew how hard that iz to put those gaguges in do u have to f**k wit ur ecu or does it all just hook up and work,, thank u for ur responses
