92 hatchback won't turn over

Ok guys so it's been a couple months and my Eg Hatch has been running great but yesterday I ran into a problem. I tried to start it up and it wouldn't turn over. I can hear the fuel pump like normal and all my dash light and headlight turned on just fine. I tried giving it gas with pushing in the clutch to start it up and then she started just fine? Same thing happened today except I had to hold the gas down for awhile before I actually started again. I also got a new intake about 2 weeks ago (short ram). Could my problem be injectors or fuel pump?? Any advice helps

Why would you consider a bad fuel pump if the pump primes?

Have you checked for spark and CEL codes?

By the way, it's a throttle pedal not a gas pedal. Pressing the pedal directly increases air intake not gas/fuel.

Haven't checked spark plugs and idk what cel codes are
