92civic ls swap limp mode.

I have a 92 civic with an LS swap. The enginge has been running good. Then one day I get on it and it starts cutting out when WOT, changed the dizzy and checked all the grounds. Stops cutting out. Now the car feels rough at high RMP till it goes into limp mode. I am going to check the injectors next, any thoughts?

I have tried to pull the codes and I aam having no luck with it. It is the plug with the Green ad brown (I think) wires right? When I turn the car off and turn it on the CEL is gone. I will try to jump it again on my lunch break.

The next time the CEL turns on, leave the engine running while you jump the service connector.

So I ran the code with the car running and got CEL code 16. Injectors, So I am going to check my wiring and replace them. Wiring should be fine its an un cut harness on there. Would this cause the rough feel at high RMPS before it goes into limp mode?
