93 civic zc shoc vtec wont start

My 93 civic ex zc shoc car won't turn over I turn the key all lights turn on duel pump primes if relay clicks bt the car won't crank wen I turn all the way I've jump battery positive to the starter b terminal it spins the starter bt dnt think the flywheel is turning need help!!!!!!!!!!! I use almost everything I no frum skool also the new starter

Check whether the starter or flywheel teeth are broken.

Is the battery low on charge? Have it tested.

Are your two starter power wires possibly reversed?

Teeth look fine on both but battery is dying quick when connect I think it has a parasitic drain and dnt think u can reverse starter wires but thx and I will checkthose things now
