93 hatch d16 cuts out

cuts out an sputters (sometimes) below 3500rpms an crazy thing is it is my daily driver but itll do it sometimes (everday) but il go to the store it wont go get my kids it does it has new cap,button,plugs coil changed lil module in distributor idk Maybe the fuel pump is breakin down losin pressure but car starts everyday no problems an it only below 3500rpm on point soon as i get past that it clears out an like vtec kicks in lol not that a single cam wud even pull that hard but im lost an jus bout a 92 integra b18 non vtec whole car

We need more info. Does the issue happen when the engine is cold, warm, or both?

You mentioned that you changed the spark plugs, what about the plug wires?

To read the codes, you need a piece of wire and to jump the service connector over by the ECU. Should be a blue connector. Jump those, turn the car but don't start the engine.. if you have a CEL code or codes it will flash.


Long blinks = 10, short blinks = 1. The code will repeat itself over and over. If you have multiple codes, it will flash the first one, slight pause, flash the second one, etc, before returning to the first one again.

Example: "bliiiiink, bliiiiink, blink, blink, blink. *pause* blink, blink, blink" would be code 23 for a knock sensor and then code 3 for map sensor
