93 Si suspension question

G'day People,

I'd like to get something clarified.

Did all the 93 model Civics have the same stock suspension? Or did the Si have something different to the others?

I'm just wondering because I'm restoring mine back to original and need to make sure before I buy anything.

I was also wondering if and what the differences are between the 94' Integra and the 93' Civic Si with regards to suspension?

Any feedback is good as I'd like to buy the necessary parts within the next 3-4 days.

i think they all have the same suspension...but i could be wrong..

WRONG the Si had rear brakes and a small rearanti sway bar (i think only 90% sure) and they had bigger front brakes

well what 94 integra are you talking about? in genral no its not the same all teg will have higher spring rates and 4 wheel disk brakes. the gsr had a rear lower anti roll bar and a front upper adn there is some other differences, but the part are intechangable

OK, I need to refine my questions a little.

Disregard the sway bar and brakes. I'm only interested in the Struts.

Did the Si have the same struts as the other models?

And, will Integra struts fit in my 93' Si Civic? I went for a drive in a 94' Teg Gsi and the struts felt quite firm. I wondered if the Si Civic will feel as firm with the standard Civic Si struts in it. Or am I just turning this thing into a boat?

you can put the teg struts and spring on your civic the ride will be stiffer and your car will sit higher, id suggest going aftermarket cause stock s**t sucks

Do you know how much? I don't even know how high the civic sits with stockies let alone what it'll be with Teg struts.

The reason I'm going back to this is because I do want to increase the height to standard so that I can whack a tow bar on it and tow my motorbike to the race track. Can't do it now because car is too low (previous ass owner had cut the springs).

im gona go out on a limb here and say an inch to 2 inchs AT MOST i really don't see it being any higher then one inch though
