94 civic ex w/b18b1 running problems

I recently got a 94 civic ex with a blown b16a3 engine. so I swapped in a b18b1 motor. was told it was obd1 all harness wires an clips plug in except for one or two. it ran but as if it were missing an wouldn't rev over 3 thousand rpm's . I was told it was the distributor so I changed it out now its turning over but not cranking. it tries to every once in a while. Please help!

Pr4a11i believe an honestly not sure what distributor I have in it as I bought the motor with the distributor and one plug is for my o2 sensor that isnt hooked up

The distributor im running says pp~t on the side of it . The computer is a pr4a11..Best picture I have on my phone kinda sux..

Pulled codes blinked four times looked it up crankshaft position sensor. On my civic there is no clip where the crankshaft position sensor plugs into.
