94 Civic EX

i just got a 94 civic ex. i want this car to be fast and reliable so i will prolly just supercharge it along with other engine ups. but suspension is where i want to start. im new to imports, i need some help

i need to know s**t like, what size rims/tires, what offset. shock's, coil overs, sway bars, struts braces. i want a really nice suspension before i do any forced induction. i wanna super charge it for simply the reliability. turbos require a bit more maintenance and being in the military i dont have all the time for that. what kinda exhaust should i look at? what are some good bolt on performance parts?

suspension wise i guess start with sum tires/wheels. 15-16" wheels are better for speed while 17" are still pretty good. 18"+ is just useless.

alright i got that.. now can some one tell me whats up with this hyper ground wire stuff. hows that work? oh and whats up with struts sways and braces i know what sways do, but what about struts and sways?
