94 eg No Dash Lights No Turn Signals

Well i have 94 eg hatch ex with a integra cluster and dimmer switch no lights work dash heat controls or turn signals... I have head and brake lights and all runnin lights work perfect... Iv checked fuses and i even tryed to bypass the switch still nothing... The hazerds Dont work Either so idk ANYHELP PLEASE

Check whether the hazard lights switch is unplugged and whether 10A dash fuse 19 is blown.

All is Good I think someone Jacked the wiring idk???
