95 DX no start issue.

I have a 95 DX D15B7. I originally diagnosed the problem as being the timing belt. After a quick check my suspicions were confirmed. I followed the procedure for replacing the timing belt. After replacing the timing belt I found that I had a no spark issue. This problem eventually panned out to be a bad distributor. after replacing the distributor I found that the vehicle still doesn't start. I checked and reset the timing, which had somehow become off(camshaft upsidedown). This is.where I currently sit. New distributor, properly tensioned timing belt, new main relay, all fuses are good, all valves and cylinders move.

Im completely lost here. The current symptoms are like there's a severe vacuum leak. You can tell there is ignition, but it's like only one cylinder fires and the rest don't follow. All my ignition components age new though. Im lost guys. I have been all over this forum looking at every no start issue and I've tried all of the remedies. I can not for the life of me determine what is wrong. Oh, and it gets fuel in all cylinders, I know cause after a few checks the spark plugs are soaked.

Yeah, I'm turning over.

My dad thinks it might be a fuel delivery problem(too little or too much). I think it may be stuck valves or in need of a tune up. I have yet to make a move because money.

So I found that the issue is bent valves. So my next question is, will a 96 B7 head work? I see pictures and it looks the same, but I don't know about the porting for intake and exhaust. Any help would be great, thank you.
