So i have a 95 Civic Lx with a d15b7, nothing special at all. It has 191xxx with a rebuilt si trans with new stock clutch. I was wondering if it would be safe to do a z6 mini me swap on it with new seals in the head? Some people have told me i would burn my piston rings up n some said it would be fine. Any suggestions ppl???

i got the car with 148xxx on it n change the oil every 3k n do all the maintenance on it but it does burn a bit of oil but i think its cuz of the valve stem seals letting oil into the cylinder but thats when i get on it a bit. She still pulls strong and am able to squeal tires into 2nd sooo

why not just swap a z6 in it instead of putting the z6 head on the b7?

z6 head and z6 full motor swap could both take the same amount of time...both are fairly easy. I would do the full motor swap at the least you can rebuild everything off the car until that motor takes a dump.
