96-00 civic coupe d16y7 non vtec - d15b2 with y8 head.. i need help =]

i have a civic coupe with a d16y7 non vtec in it, i have a d15b2 block with a rebuilt y8 head on it, new gaskets and timed up correctly.. it has no dizzy or other auxillarys, i need help on doing the conversion, mainly a parts list, best ecu to use.. harness ect ect.. i havent a clue about obd1 or obd2 or what that even is LOL like i said im new to this.. the car is in my garage and i have the money for parts, i just need guidence more than anything!! please help me =]

I would say take the Y8 head off of the D15 block and just swap the head onto the Y7. You'll need the ECU that goes with the Y8 but you can keep the stock harness.
