Hey all, in the gallery section of this website there is a pic of an orange Civic hatch that won best of show at Hershey Import Wars this year, I saw it there. Anyway in the picture he has those Halo angel eye whatever headlights, does anybody know any reliable websites where I could get them and how much they would cost? Thanks,
Jay

A lot of the halos in the angel eye headlights burn out after a very short period of time.

well if you are creative, you can try to make them yourself. i havent had the time to actually try. i had a good link to some nice DIY instructions...but i cant find it right now. do a google search or something to check...if you are interested.

if not, ebay it up. expect to pay ~$150 at least.

i never heard of that burning out thing. mine have been in for a while and they work fine. my friend s6th gen halos work fine too. they are leds, dont really see leds burning out too often. unless you get a hookup, x3racing is prolly gonna be the cheapest you find them

this was when they first came out. I don't know about now though. They may have improved it.

I really don't think they would burn out, unless their defective. The actual "halo" is made with acrylic and 2 white led's, each led draws <1 volt and most standard leds boast 10000+ hours of operation. So unless the led is defective, or they forgot to put on a resistor. They should last the life of the car. As for the other bulbs, their h1's, so that just depends on what brand you buy.

I have a black '98 with black housed dual halos-- it looks VERY kool. I'll take a pic later tonight.
