96-98 to 99-00 conversation

Do you only need a hood,headlights,bumper,and fender to do this? and do you need to do any cutting like how this guy explains on his threat

first things first, those numbers cannot conversate

and i believe you have to cut the way he did unless you're going to be changing the radiator support with a 99-00 one

if you read through that it tells you everything you need to from what,where and how cut to what you need for the conversion

no need to cut or weld anything. you need the hood, fenders, headlights and front bumper. EVERYTHING bolts up to the same place. you just cant interchange parts between the 96/98 and the 99/00. i have a 97 civic with the full 99/00 front conversion and the rear bumper.
