Clogged injectors maybe?
That was pretty much a shot in the dark, I'm probably the least knowledgeable person on this forum so maybe I'm totally off base, hopefully somebody that actually knows stuff will give you some better input
They'd probably be able to help you a little better with more information though, have you done any troubleshooting? Is the check engine light on? Did you do any work on it right before the problem started?

How are you confirming there's no fuel getting to the motor?
You need to provide further details.
-How are you judging that the fuel pump is priming the fuel lines?
-Have you checked if the injectors are receiving fuel?
-Do you have and Check-Engine codes?
-What previous issue & trouble shooting prompted you to change the fuel pump & main relay?
