96 EK electric window problem

my passenger side electric window doesnt go down...
when you press the button to make it go up, you hear the motor turn a bit and try push the window up...
but that is only with the passenger switch
the switch on the driver side does nothing at all....

but i connected 2 wires direct to the motor, to see if the motor was done and could only go one way, but the window went down then up.... so im guessin its a loose connection in the wiring... as the fuses are all good!

anyone have ideas?

hmmm, its a stupid question i know....

but has anyone had this problem before and know any ways to test the wiring without ripping the lot out?

get one of those testers, looks like a small screw driver with a light in the handle
