Hello ive recently ran into a windsheild wiper problem on my 1999 honda civic ex- ek coupe, it seemed to have stoped working and everything. My buddy just bought a 1997 honda civic ex- ek coupe parts car. ive googled and researched so much on if the 1997 ex would work on the 1999 ex but i have found nothing.. so question for you guys, would the windsheild wiper switch on the 1997 honda civic ex work on my 1999 honda civic ex? thank you for all of your guys's help.

Here's the part number for both 1997 EX and the 1999 EX
35256-SR3-G21
About $80 replacement from online OEM dealers
It should be the same for all 96-00 Coupes/Sedans regardless of trims (my 99 DX sedan has the same part number as the 97/99 EX) So they should all be interchangeable, except for some hatchbacks which may have a rear wiper and need a different switch (listed below)
