97 dx manual lock to automatic?

i want to make my dx have automatic doors so when i hit the unlock button on my alarm the doors will open i only need the front 2 what would be the best way to accomplished this going to the junk yard and getting the parts from inside of the door or getting the whole door itself?

are you talking power unlock? or door popers?

i don't know i just want my alarm to be able to unlock the driver door at least but i don't want to buy after market parts i was just thinking i could take the part that makes the door unlock of and lx or ex civic but i wanted to know if it was better to do that or just buy the whole door.

door popers pop the door open 2 or 3 inches, its like a tunk pop, power unlock unlocks the door, then you lift the handle to get in. door popers are an aftermarket thing so im assuming you want power locks.

since your car did not come with power locks you are going to have to run wires to them. you could get a new door, then you would not have to work on much, all you would have to do is run wires from the door harness to the alarm. thats probably the easiest, this would also be a good time to add power windows if you dont have them already. so get the door, that way all you have to do is run wire.
