97 honda civic vtec... Feels like no power in engine

I was literally driving down the road and it feels like something was raddling in my engine and when I floor my gas petal it feels as it has no power, and my oil light flashes once in awhile. The raddling is louder when I accelerate

When the oil pressure warning light turns on, pull over, stop the engine, and check the oil level. If you drive with the light on, you'll destroy the engine.

Other items to check:

Are there any CEL codes?

Last engine tune up?

Is the cat clogged?

Is the mechanical timing correct?

Im going to guess the cat is clogged up, I had a problem with a loss of power and a noise that sounded like bearings on the engine going out and got louder as I accelerated. I removed my cat and shook it and knew instantly it was plugged, I knocked all the stuff out and it runs great now and doesnt sound all rasp like a test pipe would sound
