98 civic coupe. wont start. turns over fine

I have a 98 civic si that won't start it turns over but won't fire. Its getting spark and fuel and I've checked all my fuses and checked everything else and still can't find the problem.

* changed ecu just to be sure
If anyone can help me out that would be great !

yes ran before winter, brakes siezed up so didnt drive it also MOE didnt like me too much, but it ran just perfect before

I am having the same issue on my 93

Is spark bright white at all four spark plugs?

Do all four injectors spray fuel when you crank the engine?

Does the engine start with starting fluid?

Have you checked the mechanical timing?

Any CEL codes?
