98 civic dx 162172 miles and the idle is kind of fluctuating. I have cleaned out the throttle body and such as it helped greatly. But now if my car sits a while (2minutes) the idle will jump up to about 1200 and sound almost like a cam. It revs and lowers and revs, constantly from 800 rpm to 1000 and kind of pings back and forth like a cam. If i shut the car off and turn it back on it goes away? I have no clue if it is part of the computer or what?
