98 civic ex d16y8 stock ecu with header and o2 sensors car has fresh tune , 45psi fuel pressure when driving car sometimes when you shift gears and start to give it gas there is nothing there if you let off and go again it will go ,this does not happen all the time sometimes it happens soo bad it hard to i just want to lite a match to it.I think i did everything rite in posting this let me know if not thanks
