Tryin to give my baby some new life. Rebuilt engine 1st and and now need to replace front tie rods(2), bushings (upper/lower?) and on the rear, arm and camber(kit?) bushings. Does any of this make sense to all of you SMART GUYS? I am seeking advice. please help. Was quoted $700 for all, parts/labor.

I tweaked your title because it only showed "...want to make my 1998 Honda..." on the side pane, which helps no one know what this is about.

$700 including labor might be fair but we'd need to know exactly what is included in the estimate, so we need more specific details. Was this an estimate for all Honda parts? I doubt it.
- front tie rods(2)
- bushings (upper/lower?) = which bushings, for both control arms?
- rear arm = why just one control arm? Is it bent?
- rear camber(kit?) bushings = bushing would make sense. Civics dont need camber kits.

700 sound pretty fair price to replace all those
