98 EK hatch

Just bought my first honda!
Its a 98 Honda Civic Hatchback.. Motor has never been touched.. still has d16y7 non vtech motor. its lowered on something not sure whether its aftermarket springs or coilovers yet.. and sits on a set of konig wheels.. real clean! ill get some pictures up tomorrow

and my only question is.. when i turn off the car, the radio and the power outlet (12V) stay on with the car being completely off... :/

Stays on with the key out and everything? Does it have an aftermarket alarm? Check those springs asap, Make sure they're not cut. Oh and

PICS! they look poopy and the car is dusty.. but i know its not on cut springs.. the back ones have a nob at the botoom from 1-10.. if that helps..
