i was informed my shocks were bad and it would be around $100 for stocks.
98 sedan lx

i wanted to get tokio hps and some coil overs, with a skunk2 camber kit, but maybe I don't want to spend that much.

i'm trying to lower it 1.5 - 2 inches.
what do you suggest for a good price and not cheap quality.

thanks

tokiko hp's.. get what you pay for.. might be able to find cheaper like dropzones (i think they make struts too) or kyb gr2's but i havent heard much good or bad about em.. everyone has their opinion though.. stock struts suck for that much of a drop though, have my stock struts with neuspeed race right now.. lol.. you can get the hp's for a little over 200 shipped from ebay i believe..

i know you get what you pay for in suspension,
would you recommend the hps,
and skunk 2 coilovers or something like that.

thanks

No tokiko hp's. they blow too fast when they're dropped. Its not really a lowering shock.

well i just saw you wanted a drop from 1.5 - 2.0 and those springs lower it around there.

well i like tokiko blue or white(adjustable) and springs i have had good luck with neuspeed and eibach.. have had a set of neuspeed race and sport (liked both but race is a little too low IMO) and had a set of eibach pro-kits on my old rex and i loved them.. my next setup on my '96 hatch will be blues/pro-kits

Yeah, I have HP's with pro-kit, great combo and it doesn't lower that much.
