98 Prelude hubs on my 00' lx?

I have a 98 prelude sitting in the yard and I was wondering if I could swap the hubs and disc brakes over to my 2000 lx 4 door. With my turbo it would be nice to swap over to 5 lug and rear discs.
I was just hoping that I could swap the prelude hubs over as easy as the integra to civic swap I hear about.
if anyone could help me out with this I will be posting more about my build soon

if you search there is a chart out there that tells you all the sizes of every common civic/integra/prelude/legend/nsx and all the above disk sizes and what needs to be done to make them work

preludes uses bigger hubs they're 36mm hub stock civics are 32mm, so that would put you in a postion for having to custom axles setups. b series type r uses 36m axles.
