Just looks cleaner. Plus sometimes you get a trip off of people mistaking your car for something other then what it is. Like incorrect trim package , or even a total different car manufactor all together. Don't look at me. It does happen.

It just looks better without an H in the middle of your car, the Civic Type R has no emblem in the grill. It's not like it makes Honda look bad as a company.
