99-00 civic fog lights won't turn on

i have a fog light problem. My fog lights have HIDs and they were working for the longest time and now they don't even turn on no more, i check the hids and they work fine, check the relay and it clicks and works fine too and i have no idea what else it could be? anyone that could help it would be great

Did you test the switch?

Does voltage reach the lights?

the fuse? try switching the relay out with a friends or something, i had this problem where it was clicking and making the sound but did not work so i put another in and now it works

yea it was the dam relay...i switch it out and it worked so i just order a new one....thanks alot guys/gals
