i just wanted to know if you needed a 99-00 radiator harness to complete the 99-00 front end conversion. i have heard some people say they need it and some that say they dont. Do any one have a 100% sure answer? Or have a DIY?

Not sure what you mean by harness.... But I know for a fact that all you need is a bumper, headlights, hood, fenders, and a radiator support. That could be what you were referring to. I did this conversion on my Civic as well.

yes...and no. if you want to use all oem parts and have everything bolt right up nice and perfect, then i'm pretty sure you need it. if you don't mind doing a little custom fab i am almost positive the only areas you will need to modify are on either side of the front grill, where the front bumper is attached with the cheap ass plastic philips screw expander things. the front grill should line up fine with all 5 holes, but the 2 holes in the bumper are a little off. (was this way with my wings west bumper, not sure about oem, but i would think they would be the same?).

also, i have been told (and believe from looking at mine) that the radiator support has to be cut off and and the new one welded on. for all the more difference between the two, i don't think it is worth it. i would keep the stock frame and just modify the mounting areas a bit. but its your car, so its your call.

You dont need the rad. support but you will have to modify it a little bit to make it fit and thats about it
