99-00 front end conversion

I'm looking for a 99-00 front end for my 97 civic coupe and i found one for $300 shipped on JDMCarBoy.com. however, i've read that jdmcarboys service and shipping is ****, and the fitment of the product is okay. a psswrdjdm conversion is round $1200. And i don't want to spend that much on a conversion. I want something that is relatively cheap and fits good. also Can i put a 2000 si grill on a stock 97 bumper?

No u cant put that grill on that bumper. Look on craigslist and junkyards for a conversion
