99 civic A panel removal?

How do I remove this? Wanted to install my boost gauge there but can't seem to figure out how to remove it?

Start at the top, just pull, and work your way down to the dash.

Installation is reversal.

It just snaps off. Be sure to pull evenly though, as not to bend and snap it.
