Alright i know ive seen 10000 of these threads on here before, ive been searching and searching about swaps but almost everyone is in a little different situation than i am, basically i threw a rod through my block on my d16, ive called every junkyard for almost 100 miles, the only engine ive found is one out of a "late 90s" integra, he didnt give me an exact year or anything, but the predicament im in is my 99 civic is auto, and im curious as to if this engine out of the integra will bolt up to the ATX from the D16, or if im going to have to swap the entire setup to a stick if thats what the integra is..
and secondly i have to go look at this integra, and dont know what all ill need, and if its a stick i assume ill need more off of the integra, than if its a automatic, if anyone could point me into the direction of a similar swap or something, basically the junkyard is a little drive and i dont want to have to turn around and drive back and forth time and time again because i forgot parts, sorry for reposting a common thread i just cant find exact answers about the trannys between the 2
