99 civic speedometer problem need help....

hey guys, im having a problem on my speedometer needle it doesnt work anymore stays in 0, but rpm gauge works fine. So yesterday i changed the no.15 " 7.5 fuse", test drove the car speedometer works fine. This morning while driving to work speedometer doesnt work again !! Let me know whats the problem Thanks!

& this just randomly happened? Have you installed anything new on your car? Maybe a radio & moved some cables around the fuse box?

Last sunday when I was picking up my wife at work there was a thunder storm here and rain is pouring hard. After 15 mins I saw my speedometer is not working anymore, as soon as I got home I checkd my fuse and saw no.15 7.5 fuse blew. I'm guessing my speed sensor and alernator got wet because this morning the car just died at traffic lights then turn on the car works fine but the cluster is so dim & wiper are so slow!
