Hey guys, I wanted to know if anyone knew how to make the map lights go on when the dome light goes on? I did the moonroof conversion on my hatch not to long ago and wanted my map lights to come on when the dome light does like my mom's 08 accord. All I see on the map lights is the power wire with the on/off switch. the dome light has two wires. I'm assuming one wire is the power wire and the other is hooked up to the door sensor.
Along with making the map lights come on at the same time, I picked up some LED pod's so that the floor would light up when the doors are open also. I got two pods for the front under the dash, 6-led's on each. Again, I'm going for that new honda look with the "ambient lighting" All I know right now is that I would have to extend the wires from the pods with another wire and hook them up to the two wires of the dome light some how?
And lastly, I noticed my friends 99-00 EX sedan has the relay where the dome light fades out and I would like to do the same to mine. Anyone know where the relay is located and what part number so I can pick it up and switch it?
My cousin just did the map and dome light thing to his 07 tacoma. I'll try asking him, but if anyone else knows here it'd be appreciated.
