99 model sedan molding & mugen lip

For the molding should I use 3m tape to real install them or clips which its hard to get them on there with out messing up the paint job,for the mugen lip its easy I just wanna know do you need the brackets that came with it

Yea thats it the day I tiok them off for body work I tried to install them to see if they would go back on easy but they wouldnt its like the have to be taped or somthing
