99 radio antenna (4 door)

I have a 99 honda civic 4 dr (idk what model, there aren't any letters on the back) and I have s**t radio reception. Upon inspection of the car, I cannot find a radio antenna or any place where there should be one. I also can't find any information on the internet where one might be. I am very confused and would like to add radio reception to my car (i already use an aftermarket head unit for cd and mp3 player so don't suggest that)

Maybe they took it out. im sure you could find one on ebay and run it through to the pillar beam and hide it inside of there. I dont know how good of signal it will be but thats how my ma's van is and it sounds pretty good

it's in the factory back window of my 99 ex. remove the radio that was installed and make sure the antenna was plugged in.

when aftermarket radios are put in these cars the antenna end plugging into the back of the factory radio which is a universal end, is relativley short, so alot of times people just dont get them plugged in all the way or dont bother plugging them in at all, my suggestion is to go buy an extension, you can buy a 12 inch one from crutchfeild, best buy, or a local car audio place. i will almost guarantee that is your problem. and yes your antenna is in the rear glass.
