I am just wondering if anyone on here has a 99-00 Civic Si with 17x7.5 rims. I would like to know how they fit and whether there is any rubbing and so fourth. If you have pics to that would be great. Thanks.

I've seen em on a 98 4dr LX. And they did rub on extreme turns. My guess is they'd rub too going over speed bumps due to the fact that 17x7 come to the very edge of the fender. What rims are you lookin at?

Racing Hart C2 Evo, they only make them in 17x7.5 so I don't really have a choice and those are the rims I want.

Yes you can put them on and make it not rub if its to low of course it will rub. But are you planning to make your car fast, or just wanting to make it look nice?

I bit of both, I know the rims are heavy but it's just a sacrifice I have to make and am willing to.

I have 17x7.5 inch rims on my 2000 EX. They only rub in the rear when someone is sitting in the back. I have no problems rubbing during turns. This is with a 1.5" drop.

I dont know... I bought my car used and the only thing done to is was the suspension... I tryed to look and see if I could see a brand name on the springs. But I could not find anything. What ever it is i am very pleased with it. I only checked on one side I will look agian on some other sides to see if I can see something.

2000 ex coupe, 16x7 wheels with 205/45/16 tires, ~1.75 drop (about the same as LizMantis'), fenders NOT rolled. Rubs ONLY on full-lock turns, quick corner turns.....no rub. 17x7.5s with not so wide tires (< 215/40/17 )and no lower than a 1.5" drop should be rub-free on the quick cornering.

my s**t is hammered on 17's with no rub!! (see sig) i did have to raise it up a bit due to extreme camber.
