A/C Compressor won't turn on automatically

Hey guys,

I just replaced my A/C compressor and charged the system. It's holding pressure and there doesn't seem to be any leaks. I can't get the compressor to turn on unless I manually give it power (so I know the compressor actually works). There's a relay in line that I've also replaced. Does anyone have any steps I can take to troubleshoot this? I heard that behind the glove box there's a thermostat to tell the compressor to kick on? Any help would be huge. Thanks!

Unplug the pressure switch on the condenser. Jump the terminals and see if it come on.

I did that, it does not come on. The A/C light on the button doesn't even light up.
