Well I just put in a b16A and I went to check my codes and I am getting a code 20 Electrical Load detector. I don't really know exactly what that means. I have also put in a sir gauge cluster and the tach isn't working right when I am at idle it shows 0 revs, when I am driving the revs go up but if I put the clutch in the revs drop back down to zero. That might be part of the reason for the cel code. The is also a light on in my cluster that I can't find out what it is for. it looks like a overheating light, it's always on when the ignition is on an when i turn my park lights on it gets brigther and i can controll it with the dimmer switch for brightness. my gauge cluster lights turn on but don't have a dimmer to it. I can't find a wiring diagram for that cluster. My car is a 95 civic dx...could I just have some wires backwards on the cluster? I didn't change any of the wiring, so maybe i have to?

My brother inlaw put the same cluster in his 5th gen and I dont think he had to change anything.
yeah he did the same engine swap and cluster. Everything worked fine. I could call him tomorrow and see what he thinks though. I'll get back with you on this.
He went out of state for the weekend. I'll ask him tomorrow night or monday.
That might be a problem, He wrecked the car a few months ago. I'm pretty sure he still has the cluster though If pic's of it will help, I'll see what I can do.
