Well I know this is a going to be a difficult question cause theres not too many boosted d-series on an EK chassis, but..im lookin to fab a downpipe myself and was wondering if anyone has had experience with this? Ive looked up stainless steel bends and for 2.5" theyre like 40 bucks a piece, so im thinkin itd be cheaper to just take it to a shop..but lemme hear your opinions, or if anyone knows of a good place to get stainless steel bends? Finally, maybe there is a cheaper material to make a dp out of? Lemme hear your thoughts..

Summit Racing has good mandrel bends for exhaust parts.

www.summitracing.com

im sure theres plenty of other fab companies who either offer a DP, or parts and flanges to DIY. good luck!

How long did that down pipe setup last? I'm considering doing the same, but just want to do it for a few months.

Youll be just fine for the couple months..it wont "crack right off" the only reason I used that one was to get up and boosting, but now im going for a complete, clean setup.

Thanks, i'm sort of in a hurry now to boost, more than likely by the end of spring i'll build a better setup.
